THOMAS HAYES
Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Director
Thomas graduated from Deakin University's Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2019. Since then he has worked in private practice treating his community with diligence. Thomas has experience with rehabilitation, chronic disease and the NDIS. He enjoys long term client relationships and assisting clients to maximise their function to improve their quality of life.
Special interests include
NDIS: Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Post-Polio Syndrome
Rheumatology, bone & connective tissue disorders: Rheumatoid Arthritis, hyper-mobility disorders, EDS, osteoporosis
Chronic musculoskeletal injuries
Building functional capacity and falls prevention

KELSIE VICKERY
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Kelsie completed Deakin University’s Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology degree in
2022, and holds a Bachelor’s degrees in Exercise and Sports Science. Kelsie has previously
worked as an Exercise Scientist in private practice, where she has worked with clients with
musculoskeletal conditions, chronic conditions as well as community sport athletes and sub
elite athletes. Kelsie is passionate about helping improve people’s quality of life through
exercise.
In her spare time, Kelsie is a national level track athlete (steeplechase) and previously
competed internationally for downhill ski racing.

Metabolic conditions: Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes
Neurological conditions: Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, SCI, CVA (Stroke)

NICK GOODE
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Nick obtained his Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology degree from ACU in 2020. Since then, he has been engaged in private practice, catering to a diverse range of conditions and disabilities. His primary focus is on collaborating with clients to enhance their functionality and overall quality of life.
Special interests include
Occupational/workplace health (FCE experience)
Mental and psychiatric health: Depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder
Neurodiversity: ADHD, ASD
Musculoskeletal: Return to work, non-specific low back pain, shoulder and neck pathologies, tendinopathy
